Responsibilities:
1. Select the appropriate equipment, according to the production process design, determine the related ancillary requirements.
根据生产工艺设计，选择合适的设备，确定相关的配套附属需求；
2. Supervise the manufacturing of equipment and participate in the acceptance of equipment.
监督设备制造过程中设备的制造，参加设备的验收；
3. Make and supervise installation and commissioning plan to ensure the quality of equipment pre-work.
制定并进行有效监管安装调试计划，确保设备前期工作的质量；
4. Develop equipment operating procedures, train equipment technician to ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment.
负责制订设备的操作规程，并培训设备维护技术员，确保能正确地使用与维护设备；
5. Develop and supervise the maintenance procedures to ensure the daily maintenance and regular maintenance of equipment.
制订并监督执行保养和维护规程，确保设备的日常维护保养和定期保养到位；
6. Develop and supervise the implementation of minor, medium and major repair procedures and maintenance plans of construction equipment, analyze and summarize the records of equipment downtime, and develop equipment improvement plans accordingly.
制订并监督执行施工设备的小修、中修、大修规程和检修计划，分析汇总设备停机的记录，并据此制定设备改进方案；
7. Make the plan of equipment transformation and component updating to improve the equipment's technology and performance.
负责制订设备的改造和部件更新计划，使设备的技术与性能落后或性能得到提升；
8. Identify and confirm equipment scrap.
鉴定和确认设备的报废；
9. Make spare parts list of equipment, make the maximum and minimum inventory of spare parts according to the use of spare parts (may be estimated), and constantly update the information of spare parts in use.
负责制定设备的备件清单，并根据备件的使用情况（可能为预估）制定备件的库存，并在使用中不断更新备件信息；
10. Establish and improve equipment files, including equipment installation, debugging, acceptance, put into use, equipment fault, change, transformation, etc.
建立健全设备的档案，包括设备安装、调试、验收、投入使用、设备较大的设备故障、变更、改造等；
11. Lead equipment continuous improvement program. OEE improvement.
设备持续改善项目，提高OEE；
12. Coordinate with the quality department to establish the internal audit and systems.
配合质量检查，内审，体系的建立；
13. Amend the equipment working motion, before mass production.
针对实验性产品，修改现有设备的工作模式，完成量产前试做。
